Frequently Asked Questions
Can We Wear Costumes?
Are we open during the rain?
Tickets are available online and at the door. Due to limited availability, we strongly recommend buying online in advance.
Where to buy tickets?
Children 12 and under will be welcome to wear costumes, but adults in costume will be denied access.

Food options at the festival include: pizza, hotdogs, popcorn, chips, soda, water, and a variety of sweet treats! The nighttime Haunted Maze will have hot chocolate, sweets and marshmallows to toast on our fire pit. Kindly refrain from bringing outside food unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
How is the Terrain?
Our festival grounds feature natural terrain with occasional uneven spots, so we recommend sturdy footwear like boots. October in Fort Ann tends to be chilly, so be sure to dress warmly to stay comfortable throughout your visit.
When are pony rides and face paintings available?
Pony rides and face painting are not included in the admission price, but are available for $10 each from 11:30am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that while we strive to offer pony rides, their availability is not guaranteed.
Are pets allowed?
Is the HAUNTED MAZE, too scary for children?
We trust parents to make the best judgment for their family. After all, you know your children best. We've had older teens bolt from the maze in tears, while six-year-olds breeze through giggling. If you’re feeling faint of heart, just shout "Happy Halloween," and our "monsters" will leave you alone. No tricks, just treats!
Sorry, animals are not allowed at the Haunted Maze. However, small dogs (10-20 pounds) are welcome at the daytime Fall Festival, provided they remain on a leash with their owners.
